We manufacture fossil frame awnings of highest quality. These are more durable and do not deteriorate in rain or collapse under the weight of snow. The fossil frame is made of high quality aluminum alloy LM6 extrusion. All extrusions are white powder coated (RAL 9010) with 100% pure polyester powder. Pre-treatment consists of de-greasing and phosphate followed by powder coating and subsequent baking at 250 degrees. The fabric is mounted on the frame by stapling on black PVC bidding and then sealed with a PVC hidem tap. It is available in projection from 2 feet to 5 feet and custom made length.

Hinge Joint
The hinge joint is a high impact plastic joint which is Tri-functional –

  • Connects all the bays of the awning

  • Acts as the lower installation bracket with the wall

  • The awning retracts with the folding of the hinge at 90 degrees


    • Corner Joint
    The corner joint is made of high impact plastic and connects the horizontal and lateral section of the awning in a 90 degrees angle to form the typical basket shape.
